1335RESOLUTION NO. ~33.~
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
commission on March 31, 1993, the Planning Commission
considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan from Industrial to Commercial of the
following described lands, and the City Council finds that the
recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be
granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Commercial with respect to:
The South 91 feet of Lot 1, of the Replat of Lot 3,
Southwide Subdivision to the City of West Memphis as
shown by plat recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 148, in the
office of the Circuit Court Clerk & Ex-Officio Recorder
of Crittenden County, Arkansas.
