KENDAL SUBDIVISION, WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS.

WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning

Commission on June 30, 1993, the Planning Commission considered
and recommended a change in the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan
from Medium Density Residential to Open Display Commercial
District of the folloMing described lands, and the City Council
finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should
be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Commercial with respect to:
Lots 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23 in Block 149 of the George T.
Kendal Subdivision in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,
as shoMn on plat in Plat Book 1 pages 24 and 25.
Common Address: 111 South 18th Street
