AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SUBDIVISION REPLAT FOR 5TH ADDITION
PHASE 1 RICHLAND SUBDIVISION,WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS,application has been made to the City Planning Commission, on September -
16,2024, for a subdivision replat for 5th Addition Phase 1 Richland Subdivision,as required by

Ordinance No.1999, as amended; and
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as provided
by Ordinance No. 2591, as amended,the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission on
September 3,2024, and the Planning Commission recommended a subdivision replat be
permitted. -
NOW,THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS:
