ADDITION TO THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, AS
SHOWN BY PLAT OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 1 AT PAGES 4
and 5.

WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on October 27, 1993, the Planning Commission
considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan from Commercial to Limited Industrial
District of th e following described lands, and the City
Council finds that the recommended change in the
Comprehensive Plan should be granted: NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Limited Industrial with respect to:
The North 58.75 feet, the North 50 feet of the South 100
feet and the North 50 feet of the South 150 feet of Lot 56
of the M. P. horsley Addition to the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, as shown by plat of record in Plat Book 1 at
pages 4 and 5.
