RESOLVED - That the YTY Corporation, Inc. be granted a Letter of
Intent to present to the City Council a Bond Issue of $4,000,000 to be
issued under Act 9 of the Laws of Arkansas and existing ordinances of the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas.
