WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on February 26, 1986, the Planning Commission
considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan from Single Family Residence to Mobile
Home of the following described lands, and the City Council
finds that the recommended change in the comprehensive Plan
should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Mobile Home with respect to:
Lot 4 of Tract "A" as shown by plat of record in Plat
Book 1 at page 234, same being a part of Block 60 of
Showers Subdivision, West Memphis,.... _ ~. and being
further described as 1230-1232 ~Y' `ell Av nue, West
Memphis, Arkansas.
