1047 RESOLUTION NO. WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission on April 30, 1986, the Planning Commission considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan from Apartments to Quiet Office of the following described lands, and the City Council finds that the recommended change in the .Comprehensive Plan should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS: That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to Quiet Office with respect to: 6.16 acre tract of land lying in the DTW 1/4 of Section 13 and the NE 1/4 of Section 14, rI-6-N, R-8-E, City of West Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows: ~~ Commencing at the point of intersection of the ~,,,,,.. centerlines of Rice Street and U. S.
