1059RESOLUTION NO. JOSS
RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that if a Restraining Order is
issued at the request of the First United Pentecostal Church,
to stop reconstruction of Airport Road over their property,
the City Council authorizes the Mayor to execute a bond,
not to exceed $50,000.00, in favor of the First United
Pentecostal Church; the condition of this obligation being
that the bond will indemnify the First United Pentecostal
Church for whatever amount ajury would determine their
property is worth, if anything.
