A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CONTRACTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS AND BRAWLEY
CONSULTING ENGINEERS, INC.
WHEREAS, Brawley Consulting Engineers, Inc. to provide technical and
professional services to the West Memphis-Marion Area Transportation Study
for the period of July 1, 1986 to June 30, 1987; and
WHEREAS, said endorsement must be made on the contracts provided by
Brawley Consulting Engineers.
NOW , THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS:
1. That the Mayor of West Memphis is authorized to sign the said
contracts between the City of West Memphis and. Brawley Consulting Engineers,

2. That this Resolution shall take effect immediately.
