RESOLUTION NO. 1084
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
West Memphis, Arkansas, that the West Memphis City Council
give THREE RIVERS PLYWOOD, INC., a "DO PASS" on the contemplated
bond issue of One Million Nine Hundred Sixty Thousand Dollars,
($1,960,000.00); and, that this Resolution be used as a
LETTER OF INTENT for this project;
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this LETTER OF INTENT
be sent to THREE RIVERS PLYWOOD, INC., Attenti r. Fuzell,
P.O. Box 2225, West Memphis, Arkansas, 7 Ol.
