RESOLUTION NO. ~ D 9 7"
WHEREAS, the West Memphis Planning Commission,
following a public hearing on December 17, 1986, adopted
on December 17, 1986 and certified to the West Memphis
City Council for adoption, a Comprehensive Development
Plan for the City and its environs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, that the Comprehensive
Development Plan as prepared and certified by the West Memphis
Planning Commission be, and hereby is,_adopted.
