WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on March 25, 1987, the Planning Commission con-
sidered and recommended a change in the West Memphis Com-
prehensive Plan from Industrial to Single Family Residential
of the following described lands, and the City Council finds
that the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should
be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Single Family Residential with respect to:
Lots 29 through 45, Hulbert Subdivision Bond
Survey of Irregular Lots; common address being
401 through 517 Rainer Rd., 400 through 500
Cannon Ave. and 401 through 501 Cannon Ave., West
Memphis, Arkansas.
