WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on April 29, 1987, the Planning Commission con-
sidered and recommended a change in the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan from Industrial and Agricultural and
undeveloped to Single Family of the following described
lands, and the City Council finds that the recommended
change in the Comprehensive Plan should be granted; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Single Family Residential with respect to:
Tract 4: That part of Section 15, Township 6
North, Range 8 East, more particularly described as
follows: Beginning at the center of said Section
15, thence south 1320 feet; thence south 90 degrees
00 minutes 00 seconds east a distance of 1485.00
feet to a point, thence north 00 degrees 00 minutes
00 seconds west a distance of 1890.00 feet, thence
north 90 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds west 510.00
feet, thence north 69 degrees 14 minutes 57 seconds
west a distance of 94.18 feet, thence north 39
degrees 27 minutes 26 seconds west a distance of
425.00 feet to the east line of Airport Road,
thence south 50 degrees 32 minutes 34 seconds west
a distance of 240.00 feet to a point, thence south-
westerly on a curve that breaks to the left with a
radius of 1074.35 feet an arc length of 892.81 feet
to the point of beginning, and being in the 500
block on south Airport Road in the City of West
Memphis.
