1118RESOLUTION NO. II
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE FIRE CHIEF TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS ON A 1500 GALLON PER MINUTE PUMPER TRUCK
WHEREAS, the Fire Commission has recommended that the
City of West Memphis purchase a 1500 gallon per minute
pumper truck for use by the West Memphis Fire Department;
and
WHEREAS, the Chief of the West Memphis Fire Department
is the appropriate person to write the specifications and
to advertise for bids for such a pumper truck;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY" COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT the Chief of the
West Memphis Fire Department is hereby authorized to write
the specifications and to advertise for bids for the
purchase of a 1500 gallon per minute pumper truck.
