LAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission
on August 26, 1987, the Planning Commission considered and recommended
'~ a change in the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan for Lot 39, Bond Survey
of irregular lots, from Single Family Residential to General Industrial
~ and Lot 40, of Bond Survey of Irregular lots from .Single Family P,esi-
dential to Medium Density Residential of the following described lands,
and the City Council finds that the recommended change in the Compre-
hensive Plan should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVID BY TI-~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST D'IENiPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to Lot 39,
L`ond Survey of irregular lots General Industrial and Lot 40 of Bond
Survey of Irregular lots Medium Density Residential with respect to:
Lot 39 Hubert Subdivision Bond Survey of irregular lots;
Common Address: 600-700 Block of Rainer Road; West Memphis, Arkansas.
Lot 40 Hulbert Subdivision Bond Survey of Irregular Lots;
Common Address: 1500 South Avalon; West Memphis, Arkansas.
