1120RESOLUTION NO. JIB
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A DEED
WHEREAS, Arkansas Statutes require a written resolution
of the City Council authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk
to execute deeds for the conveyance of real property;
and
WHEREAS, Reflexion Industries proposes to pay off
the bond issue and to acquire ownership of the real property
which was subject of said bond issue; and
WHEREAS, said real property is presently held in
the name of the City of West Memphis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT upon payment
in full of the bond issue by Reflexion Industries, the
Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute
a deed for the conveyance of the real property which was
the subject of said bond issue to Reflexion Industries.
