A RBSOLUTION COMMBNDING JOHNNY HALL FOR HIS SBRVICB ON
THB WBST MBMPHI3 PARKS COMMISSION.
WHBRBAS, Johnny Hall has devoted seven years to service
on the West Memphis Parks Commission and he has served as
Chairman of the Parks Commission; and
WHBRBAS, Johnny Hall has been instrumental in the
growth and development of the parks and recreation areas in
West Memphis; and
WHBRBAS, Johnny Hall has announced his resignation from
the Parks Commission in order to be able to devote more
time to his business interests; and
WHBRBAS, the Citizens of West Memphis are grateful to
Johnny Hall for his years of service on the West Memphis
Parks Commission and his presence on the Commission will be
greatly missed;
NOW, THBRBFORB, BB IT RBSOLVBD BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THB CITY OF WBST MBMPHI3, ARKANSAS, that Johnny Hall be
publicly commended for his years of dedication and service
on the West Memphis Parks Commission.
