A RBSOLUTION COMMBNDING WILLIB BRUCB FOR HIS 3BRVICB ON
THB WBST MBMPHIS PLANNING COMMISSION.
WHBRBAS, Willie Bruce has devoted many years to service
on the West Memphis Planning Commission and he has served
as Vice-Chairman of the Planning Commission; and
WHBRBAS, Willie Bruce has been instrumental in at least
two major revisions of the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan
and zoning district designations; and
WHBRBAS, Willie Bruce will be leaving the Planning
Commission after many years of service; and
WHEREAS, the Citizens of West Memphis are grateful to
Willie Bruce for his years of service on the West Memphis
Planning Commission and his presence on the Commission will
be greatly missed;
NOW, THBRBFORB, BB IT RBSOLVBD BY THB CITY COUNCIL OF
THB CITY OF WBST MBMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that Willie Bruce be
publicly commended for his years of dedication and service
on the West Memphis Planning Commission.
