WHEREAS, the West Memphis Planning Commission, upon due
notice and publication held a public hearing on June 29,
1988, and the West Memphis Planning Commission on June 29,
1988, approved and certified to the West Memphis City
Council for adoption, a Comprehensive Development Plan for
the City of West Memphis and its environs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that the Comprehensive
Development Plan as prepared, approved and certified by the
West Memphis Planning Commission be, and hereby is, adopted
and a copy of said Comprehensive Development Plan shall be
filed with the West Memphis City Clerk.
