1884ORDINANCE NO. ~$$ y 1 l-~EST M~M~~+~S AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 8.04.050 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING PLACEMENT OF GARBAGE CONTAINERS BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS; THAT CHAPTER 8.04.050 OF THE ~4~FEfkN9~~c3 MIUNICIP~L CODE BE AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: ~Y "Ce''"~P°~'s 1. Section 8.04.050 be amended to read as follows: All proprietors or any and all business establishments without regard to the type or kind of business, trade or profession carried on shall provide the necessary containers as provided in this chapter for the collection of garbage and/or trash. The occupant of each and every dwelling unit in the city shall likewise provide containers as provided in this chapter for the collection of garbage and/or trash. It shall be unlawful for these containers to remain in public view at any time other than between the hours of 6:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. on the day curbside trash pickup is scheduled. 2. All other paragraphs in Section 8.04.050 shall remain unchanged and in effect. 3. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
