1180RESOLUTION N0. ~~ WHEREAS, Ordianance No. 1141, passed by the City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, the 15th day of September, 1983, pro- vided that before the City Council may condemn any house, building or structure declaring a nuisance, that a Resolution should be passed describing the house, building or structure, stating the name or names, if known, of the owner or owners thereof, and set forth the reason or reasons that said house, building or structure has been condemned as a nuisance; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that the following described houses, buildings or structures should be condemned as an inspection of the premises are such they should be declared a nuisance.
