A RESOLUTION TO SET THE ANNUAL SALARY OF THE WEST
MEMPHIS MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE.
WHEREAS, Section 106 of Act 873 of 1989 provides that
the West Memphis Municipal Court Judge shall receive an
annual salary of not less than $24,000, nor more than
$30,000, and that said salary shall be determined by the
governing body of the City of West Memphis and the
Crittenden County Quorum Court;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that the annual salary
for the West Memphis Municipal Court Judge shall be $30,000
as of May 1, 1989.
