A RESOLUTION SETTING THE ANNUAL TAX LEVY FOR THE
POLICEMEN'S PENSION AND RELIEF FUND.
BE IT RESOLVED BY 1'HE CI.'1Y t~OUNCIL OF 'IfIE CI"I'I' OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
1. A tat of .4 mills (.000~~) utson the dollar or millage
rate as would be determined by the Roll-f3ac1L Provisions
implementing legislation to Amendment No. 59 for the
Policemen's Pension and Relief Fund be and hereby is levied
upon the assessed va.l_ue of all real property within the
limits of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, for the gear
1989: and
That personal property rates for. the ta:~ year 1.989
shall be calculated k~~~° the County Clerk based uI>on the Ro11-
Back Provisions of amendment No. 59; and
That tyre City Clerk of tl~ie City of West Memphis,
Ar•ltansas, is hereby directed to deliver a certified cof_7y of
this Resolution to the Clerk of the Country Court of
Crittenden County, Arkansas, for the tat books for the y-ear
1989.
