RESOLUTION N0. (I q
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 1141, passed by the City Council
of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, the 15th day of
September, 1983, provided that before the City Council may
condemn any house, building or structure declaring a nuisance,
that a Resolution should be passed describing the house,
building or structure, stating the name or names, if known,
of the owner or owners thereof, and set forth the reason or
reasons that said house, building or structure has been con-
demned as a nuisance;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that the following described
houses, buildings or structures should be condemned as an
inspection of the premises are such they should be declared
a nuisance.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a true or certified copy of
said Resolution be mailed to the Owner or Owners thereof,
or last known address if known and a copy thereof shall be
~, posted at a conspicuous place on said house, building or
structure, if Owner or Owners be unknown, the posting of the
copy of the Resolution is sufficient; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if the house, building or
structure has not been torn down or removed within thirty
(30) days, the Building Inspector will take such action as
provided by law.
