WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on February 28, 1990, the Planning Commission
considered a change in the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan from
Single Family Residential (R-1) to Commercial (C-1), and
recommended that the application for such change be granted;
and
WHEREAS, after reviewing the recommendation of the Planning
Commission, the City Council is of the opinion that the
recommendation of the Planning Commission is correct, and that
the aforesaid Comprehensive Plan should be amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, that the West Memphis
Comprehensive Plan be amended from Residential (R-1) to Commercial
(C-1) with respect to:
Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Block 1, Memphis View Subdivision
in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, as shown by
plat of record in Plat Book 2 at Pages 25, 26 and
27 in the Office of the Circuit Court Clerk and
Ex-Officio Recorder for Crittenden County, Arkansas,
designated as 800, 804, 808 and 812 Ingram Boulevard,
West Memphis, Arkansas.
