RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF HEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, ADOPTING POLICIES
CONCERNING THE IIiPLEMENTATION OF THE HOIiE
SECURITY PROGRAI'i.
MHEREAS, the City of Mest liewphis has received federal
funds Eros the Departwent of Housing and Urban Developsent
under the Coswunity Developsent Block Grant Progras; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized the
expenditure of CDBG funds for the purpose of waking hose
security iwprovewents; and
MHEREAS, the Coswunity Developsent Agency has prepared a
policies docuwent concerning authorization of the City Council
to isplesent the Howe Security Progress that Mess presented for
review at this westing.
NOM, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HEST !IEliPHIS, ARKANSAS:
1. That the `Policies Docusent for the Howe Security
Prograw•, dated April 1990, is hereby approved as
an official policy guideline in all respects to
serve as the guiding instrusent for iwplewentation
of the Howe Security Progress.
2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effect Eros and after its passage and approval.
