i~1HBRBAS, Arkansas Statutes require a written Resolution of
the City Council authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute
Frr~-
deeds for the conveyance of real property; and
WHBRBA3, the indebtedness originally owed by Builders
Transport, Inc., to the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, and
mentioned in Deed of Trust and Security Agreement dated August
1, 1982, and recorded in Book 629 at Page 713-?44 in the Circuit
Court Clerk's office in and for Crittenden County, Arkansas, has
been paid in full; and
WHBRBAS, the indebtedness was secured by a lien on certain
real property located in Crittenden County, Arkansas; and
(iHBRBAS, the lien securing the indebtedness should be
released and discharged in full;

CITY OF fi1BST PIBlIPHI3, ARHANSAS, THAT the Release Deed is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute the Release Deed for the release of the lien in favor of
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, in the property described in
the attached Release Deed.
