Whereas there has been filed with the City Council of the City
of West Memphis, Arkansas by Oliver-Wheeler-Thomas, Inc, and U.S.A.
Trucking Inc., a petition to vacate North Gathings Drive described
as follows:
That part of Gathings Drive north of Thomas avenue
abutted on the East by Tipps addition, Block 1 and on the
West, by acreage of Oliver-Wheeler-Thomas, Inc., and more
• particularly described as: All that part of Gathings
Drive as lying West of Block 1, Tip s Addition to the
City of West Memphis, North of es Avenue

And said petitioners pray that the City Council fix a day for
hearing on said petition:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That said petition to close the above described street in the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas be set down for hearing on the loth
day of December, 1990 at 1:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber in
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas and that the City Clerk give
notice as required by law of the hearin to be held.
