Johnson and City Council Members FROM: Christine Byrd, Planning Commission Coordinator DATE: October 4, 2004 RE: Recommendations from the regular scheduled Planning Commission meeting held on Wednesday, September 29, 2004, to the Mayor and City Council, on Thursday, October 7, 2004. I.) The City of West Memphis Planning Commission recommended to approve Replat Walker Subdivision~Aaalication Case# SD-D7-04. This case was presented by the property owner Mr. Charles Price, represented by Dennis Sorrell, Sorrell Consulting Engineers, for the property located at approximately 3 510 E. Broadway. This property is Zoned BW-2, Open Display District and contains 1.63 acres. Approval of the plat is subject to the following criteria: Proper execution of all Certificates; 2. Installation of grading and drainage improvements as required by the Department of Public Works; 3. Approval of the improvement plans by the West Memphis Utility Department as to easements; 4.
