RE: GRAVITY SEWER SYSTEM CIPP REHABILITATION
Dear Mr.Atkins:
As you are aware, bids were received on May 1, 2025, for the above-mentioned project. This project, which
consists of the rehabilitation of approximately 21,400 LF of 8-inch through 24-inch gravity sewer lines and
replacement of approximately 389 sewer cleanout assemblies, is an integral part of a larger overall plan to fulfill
those requirements placed on the City by ADEQ.
As can be seen in the attached Certified Bid Tabulation,three bids were received ranging from$3,997,900.00 to
$4,651,554.00. Having reviewed each bid tendered along with supporting documentation supplied by each
bidder, it is our recommendation that an award be made to Hemphill Construction Company,Inc.in the amount
of$3,997,900.00.
