A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS TO
ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH CGI COMMUNICATIONS, INC.,
FOR ENHANCEMENT OF THE CITY'S WEBSITE.
WHEREAS, CGI Communications, Inc., provides Arkansas cities and communities with
a variety of multimedia promotional programs, including free video streaming for enhancement
of the City of West Memphis' website; and
WHEREAS, the CGI Communications programs are designed to showcase, educate and
inform the public about our community and will custom design a program to meet the marketing
needs of the City of West Memphis; and
WHEREAS, CGI Communications' products and services will be provided to the City of
West Memphis at no cost to the City of West Memphis; and
WHEREAS, the West Memphis City Council finds that the Community Movie
Showcase Agreement with CGI Communications, Inc., should be approved and the Mayor and
City Clerk authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the City of West Memphis;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT the Community Movie Showcase
Agreement between the City of West Memphis and CGI Communications, Inc., is hereby
approved and the Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to enter into the agreement on
behalf of the City of West Memphis and to execute all documents necessary to effectuate this
agreement.
