A RESOLUTION REGARDING GROUP HEALTH INSURANCE
PAYMENTS BY CITY EMPLOYEES AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Memphis has determined that a
portion of the cost of group health insurance provided to employees of the City of West Memphis
should be paid by the covered employees;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. Each employee receiving individual employee coverage under the City of
West Memphis group health insurance plan shall pay an additional amount of $ Jr~ °-° per
month and each employee receiving family or dependent coverage under the City of West
Memphis group health insurance plan shall pay an additional amount of $ ~~~ per month.
SECTION 2. These additional payments for group health insurance coverage shall be
deducted from payroll checks.
