The City Council of the City of Weat Memphis met in regular session at the City Hall of said City
at 7:80 P.M. on April 1, 1947.
There were present at said meetings
Mayor P. M. Dacus
City Attorney J. B. Spears
City Clerk H. E. Manning
Alderman C. H. Brown
Alderman G. W. McAuley
Tha following were absents
Alderman J. A. Johnson
Alderman 0. I. Bollinger
Alderman Curtis Foster
Also present was Mr. Roy Morley, Elected Alderman from Ward 1, who had not been certified by the
Election Commission at the time of the meeting.
There not being a quorum present no proceedings were had or held.
