AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT, TO HARRISON WRECKER
SERVICE, LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS EXTRA
TERRITORIAL ZONING JURISDICTION, AT 6379 HWY 70 WEST, WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS, ALLOWING A WRECKER SERVICE IN A I-1, LIMITED INDUSTRIAL

DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City Planning Commission to
allow a Special Use Permit of a wrecker service in a I-1, Limited Industrial District, as
required by Ordinance 1258, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice has been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1258, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission, on January 26, 2000 and the Planning Commission recommended that a
Special Use Permit be granted to Harrison Wrecker Service, for said property, to permit a
wrecker service in a I-1, Limited Industrial District, subject to the special conditions as
follows:
1. Site proof fence around vehicle storage area;
2. Landscaping as approved by Design Review Commission.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the following described property, to wit:
6379 HWY 70 West, West Memphis, Arkansas
be, and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit, permitting a wrecker service in a
I-1, Limited Industrial District, subject to the special conditions as follows:
1. 1. Site proof fence around vehicle storage area;
2. Landscaping as approved by Design Review Commission.
SECTION II: That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
