The meeting was called to order by the Mayor, and the roll being called there werer

Minutes of the meeting of the City Council on September 22nd were read and approred. I)

Mayor Dacus advised the Council that he had met with the School Board and of the progress being
'I~ made on the proposed school.

ii Mayor Dacus reported to the Council on his and pity Clerk Bernhard~s trip to i•ittle Rock to attend ~I
i the meeting of the rkansas Municipal League, and the various problems that were discussed at the meeting
~~ concerning financing, health, taxes, etc. by other cities in the State of Arkansas.
