The Council of the City of West Memphis in the County of Crittenden, State of Arkansas,
met in a regular session at the City Hall in said City at 130 PM on the 24th day of November,
1947.
There not being a quorum present, no proceedings were had or held.

The Council of the City of West Memphis in the County of Crittenden, State of Arkansas,
met in a regular session at the City Hall in said City at 1:30 PM on the 1st day of December,
194?.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor, and the roll being called there were:
Presents P. M. Dacus in the chair and the following named Aldermenr Curtis Foster,
R. R. Morley, 0. I. Bollinger, end G. 1V. McAuley; City Attorney J. H. Spears
and City Clerk Bernhard.
Absent= Aldermen C. H. Brown and J. A. Johnson.
It being determined a quorum was present, the following proceedings were had to-wits
Motion-was made by Alderman Foster to adjourn the meeting until 7=30 P.M. Wednesday,
December 3, 1947; the motion was seconded by Alderman Morley, and upon the matter being
called to vote, the following voted:
Ayet Curtis Foster, R. R. Morley, 0. I. Bollinger, and G. W. McAuley.
Nays None.
