AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY IN THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, KNOWN AS: LOT 9 OF BONDS
SURVEY OF IRREGULAR LOTS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1,
PAGE 106. RERECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 322, IN THE
OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT CLERK & EX-OFFICIO
RECORDER OF CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS TO R-4,
MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL.
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission to rezone
hereinafter described property, and after notice having been published for the time and in
the manner as provided by Ordinance No. 715, as amended, the matter was heazd by the
City Planning Commission, and the Planning Commission recommended that the
application be approved and the City Council finds that such application should be
granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
Section I: That the following described property located in the City of West
Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas to wit:
Lot 9 of Bonds Survey of Irregular Lots recorded in Plat Book 1, Page
106 and re-recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 322, in the office of the Circuit
Court Clerk & Ex-Officio Recorder of Crittenden County, Arkansas.
be, and the same is hereby rezoned as R-4, Multi-Family Residential District.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith aze
hereby repealed.
