MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF TIC CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WI7ST LiEMPHIS,

The Council of the City of -West Memphis met in an adjourned session at the City Hall
in said City at 5:30 P.M. on the 17th day of May, 1950.
The meeting was called to order by the Mayor and the roll being called there were;
Present; Mayor p. M. Dacus in the chair, and the following named Aldermen; p, B. pourers
R. R, Morley, R. L. Garrison, James Bledsoe, and A. R. Manchester.
Absent Aldermen Bollinger, Rowton, Foster,
It being determined a quorum was present, the following proceedings were had to wits
The Mayor advised that all details relative to the proposed gas franchise had not
been disposed of and that it would be necessary to post-pone final disposition of the
proposed ordinance until a later date.
Thereupon, motion was made by Alderman Morley and seconded by Alderman Garrison to
adjourn the meeting until 3 p,M. Friday, May 19, 1950. Upon the matter being called to
vote, the following voted;
Aye: Morley, Garrison, Bledsoe, and Manchester.
Ptay: None.
