Re: Wal-Mart, West Memphis, Arkansas--Track
parking lot
Dear Mayor Johnson:
I am writing this letter to confirm our telephone conversation after the Design Review
Committee meeting on April 27th, 2000. It is my understanding that Wal-Mart will be
required to comply with the construction plans as submitted in connection with the moving
the over-the-road truck parking to the East side of the Wal-Mart parking area. !n addition,
Wal-Mart has agreed to plant an evergreen screen along the East side of the property in
accordance with the plat that !previously submitted to you. Wal-Mart would like to have this
confirmed in writing from the City. Can you provide me a letter?
Very truly yours,
BUTLER, RICKY, LONG 8t HARRIS
