A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE THE SALES AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,AND ANDREA HODGES,AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
AGREEMENTS AND SIGN DEEDS ON BEHALF OF THE WEST MEMPHIS
CITY.
WHEREAS,The City of West Memphis,Arkansas, as SELLER and Andrea Hodges, as
BUYER, have entered into agreements for the sale of 430 S. 13th, and 522 S. 12th, West
Memphis,Arkansas: and
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of West Memphis,Arkansas, finds that the .
Sales Agreements are in the best interests of the City of West Memphis and that the Mayor and
the City Clerk should be authorized to execute the agreements and sign deeds on behalf of the
City of West Memphis;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,THAT the Sales Agreements between the City of
West Memphis,Arkansas, and Andrea Hodges, are hereby approved and the Mayor and the City
Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the agreements on behalf of the City of West Memphis,
and to take any and all other actions as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the
agreements.
