AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL PERMITTED OF LOTS 5, 6, 7, 8
AND 35 FEET OF DANNER STREET, BLOCK 11, THOMPSON 3RD ADDITION
ALSO KNOWN AS 309 N. 6TH AND/OR 400 N. 7TH STREET IN WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, application was to the City Planning Commission to
allow a special permitted use of a Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC,
Warehousing, School, Commercial or Trade, Exterminator, Pest,
Retail Establishments not listed, Tool and Equipment Rental,
Printing or Publishing, including Engraving or Photo Engraving in
a C-1 General Business District, as required by Ordinance 1258, as
amended; and
WHEREAS, After Notice had been published for the time and in
the manner as provided by Ordinance No. 1258, as amended, the
matter was heard by the City Planning Commission and the Planning
Commission recommended that a Special Permit Use be granted to said
property to permit a Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Warehousing,
School, Commercial or Trade, Exterminator, Pest, Retail
Establishments not listed, Tool and Equipment Rental, Printing or
Publishing, including Engraving or Photo Engraving in a C-1 General
Business District subject to the special conditions as follows:
1. That no outside storage or goods, equipment or etc. be
allowed on the property for any tenant listed on the
Special Permitted Use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property to wit:
Common address: 309 N. 6th Street and/or 400 N. 7th Street
Legal Description: Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 35 feet of Danner
Street, Block 11, Thompson 3rd Addition
