AN ORDINANCE FOR THE ADOPTION OF A NEW AND REVISED
PERSONNEL MANUAL,2026 EDITION,FOR THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS,AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of West Memphis desires to adopt a new and
revised Personnel Manual, 2026 Edition, for the City of West Memphis,Arkansas; and
WHEREAS,the Personnel Committee met along with work sessions by the City Council
and approved the new and revised Personnel Manual, 2026 Edition;
NOW,THERFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,THAT:
SECTION 1: The new and revised Personnel Manual, 2026 Edition, for the City of West
Memphis,Arkansas, is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
