A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REVISED POLICY AND PROCEDURE
MANUAL FOR THE WEST MEMPHIS POLICE DEPARTMENT.
WHEREAS,the West Memphis Police.Commission has considered and recommended
the revised Policy and Procedure Manual of the West Memphis Police Department; and
WHEREAS,it was necessary to update the Policy and Procedure Manual of the West
Memphis Police Department.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,THAT the 2026 revision of the Policy and
Procedure Manual of the West Memphis Police Department be approved.
