State of Arkansas, met in regular session at City hall in said City at

aldermen: 0. I. Bollinger, Ourtis Foster, J. B. Loyd, and J. A. Johnson.
Absent: G. W. D:oAuley and C. Ii. Brown, who had netica of the meeting.
It being determiied a quorum was Present, the following proceedinbs
were had to v,it:
Motion was made by Alders~an Bollinger that the meeting be adjourned
until Friday, July 5, 1546 at b;OG P.M. o~clock. Motion was seconded
by Alderman Johnson, and ul:on the matter being called to vot®, the
following voted:
Aye: 0. I. Bollinger, Curtis Foster, J. E. Loyd, atul J. A. Johnson.
Nay: None.
