ORDINANCE NO.. -
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND SECTION 4 OF ORDINANCE NO.2517 ADDING
CHARITY DAY MONEY DISTRIBUTION TO THE AGENDA FOR CITY COUNCIL
• MEETINGS FOR THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS,AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
WHEREAS,the City Council has the authority to establish the procedures for setting the
agenda for its meetings; and
WHEREAS,the City Council desires to add Charity Day Money Distribution to the City
Council agenda for its meetings;
NOW,.THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS,ARKANSAS: •
SECTION 1. Section 4 of Ordinance 2517 shall be amended to read as follows:
Prayer;
Pledge of Allegiance;
Call to Order;
Roll Call;
Bid openings;
Minutes;
Old Business;
New Business;
Permission Request;
Charity Day Money Distribution
Committee Reports;
Appointments;
Presentations;
Announcements;
Citizens Request;
Adjournment.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to
the extent of any such conflict
