ARKANSAS, HELD AT THE CITY HALL IN SAID CITY ON THE 6TH DAY CF SEPTr'T..BER, 1962,
The City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, met in an adjourned session
in the City o£ West Memphis at 3:00 rP.Iwi. on the 6th day of September, 1962. The meeting
was called to order by President Pro Tempore Eden. The following Aldermen were present:
R. C. Bowie, Earl Felts, Kirby Leggett, caul P.atthews, C. H. Rowton, Y. G. Sirs, and
City Attorney W. H. Dillahunty.
Absent,: Alderman.: 0. I. Bollinger.
It being determined a quorum was present, the Following _rroceedings were had to-wit:
Piotion was made by Alderman Boh2e, seccnded by Plderman Sims: That the meeting be
adjourned. Upon vote, the voting was as follows:
Aye: Aldermen: Bowie, Felts, Leggett, I~;atthews, Rowton, and Sims.
No: None.
