November 15, 1962h~NUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS,
HELD AT THE CITY HALL IN SAID CITY ON THE 15TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1962, AT 3:00 P.M.
The City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, met in an adjourned session
in the City of West Memphis at 3:00 P.M. on the 15th day of November, 1962. The meeting
was called to order by the Mayor. The following were present: Aldermen: Kirby Leggett,
C. H. Rowton, Y. G. Sims, 0. I. Hollinger, R. C. Bowie, R. E. Eden, and Earl Felts; and
City Attorney W. H. Dillahunty.
Absent: Alderman: Paul Matthews.
It being determined a quorum was present, the following proceedings were had to-wit:
Mayor Price announced there was no business to come before the adjourned meeting.
Thereupon, motion was made by Alderman Eden, seconded by Alderman Leggett to adjourn the
meeting. Upon vote, the voting was as follows:
Yes: Aldermen: Leggett, Rowton, Sims, Bollinger, Bowie, Eden, and Felts.
No: None.
