The City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, met in an adjourned
session in the City of West Memphis at 3:00 P.M. on the 20th day of December, 1962.
The following were present: Aldermen: C. H. Rowton, Y. G. Sims, 0. I. Bollinger,
R. C. Bowie, Bob Eden, Earl Felts, Y.irby Leggett, and Paul A"atthews; and
City Attorney W. H. Dillahunty.
Absent: N.ayor Howell B. Price
It being determined a quorum was present, the following proceedings were had
to-wit:
Motion was made by Alderman Rowton, seconded by Alderman Sims to adjourn the meeting.
Upon vote, the voting was as follows:
Yes: Aldermen: Rowton, Sims, Bollinger, Bowie, Felts, Leggett, and 1.7atthews.
No: None.
