rIINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS,
HELD AT THE CITY HALL IN SAID CITY ON THE 3RD DAY OF JANUARY, 19F3, AT 3:00 P.M.
The City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, met in an adjourned session
in the City of West Memphis at 3:00 P.M. on the 3rd day of January, 19E3. The £ello+.ring
were present: Aldermen: Earl Felts, Kirby Leggett, Faul Matthews, Y. G. Sims, C. H. Rowton,
and 0. I. Hollinger; and President ProTempore Bob Eden and City Attorney W. H. Dillahunty.
Absent: Alderman R. C. Bowie.
It being determined a quorum was present, the following proceedings were had to-wit:
Motion was made by Alderman Rowton seconded by Alderman Matthews to adjourn the
meeting. Upon vote, the voting was as follows:
Yes: Aldermen: Felts, Leggett, Matthews, Sims, Rowton, Bellinger.
No: None.
