The City Council cf the City of west Memphis, Arkansas, met in an adjourned session
in the City o£ 'lest Memphis at 3:00 P.M. on the 17th day o£ January, 19E3. The following
were present: Aldermen: C. H. Rowton, Paul I~iatthews, Earl Felts, Kirby Leggett, Y. G. Sims,
and R. C. Howie; and President Pro Tempore Bob Eden and City Attorney iti. H. Dillahunty.
Absent: Alderman 0. I. Bollinger.
It being determined a quorum was present, the fo11om2ng proceedings were had to-wit:
Notion was made by Alderman Rowton, seconded by Alderman Patthews that the meeting
be adjourned. Upon vote, the voting was as follows:
Yes: Aldermen: Rowton, Matthews, Felts, Leggett, Sims, Bowie.
No: None.
